Anyone else having this problem when trying to update their stats online?

I only started having problems with this yesterday evening. I am online when I check, my firewall has been instructed to allow access. Have tried closing down application and restarting it. Have tried over 20 times to update since yesterday evening. All to no avail.

Any ideas?

It's usually not your connection that's the problem. This answer in our Support FAQ explains the possible reasons for the failure. The Fish Tycoon stats server is the one most likely to be very busy.

Yes, I've already checked the support FAQs but find it very hard to believe that the Fish tycoon stats server is always very busy. I try at different times during the day and night without success. Plus, it was working fine last week and the weeks before.

Is there a way of finding out if the stats server is permanently down at the moment?

I checked it Friday when you posted your question, and it was operating properly. It looks like it went down over the weekend, though, so we'll have a look at it today.

It wasn't operating ok on Friday, cos I started having problems with it from Wednesday evening onwards. I was away over the weekend so didn't try to update then.

However, I have managed to update my stats now. Thank you for your help.
