I have no problems with my seahorse, either, even in a Level 1 Fish Environment. I did experiment, though, and the vitamins do increase the seahorse's health. Since my seahorse was at about 80% health when I purchased it, and stayed there, I was able to see an improvement in health to 100% with a drop of vitamins. You might try that, if you have the money for vitamins.

I wouldn't worry too much about the health of your seahorse, it never seems to die. Mine was low after a while, but once Environments were improved, no futher problem. I found it handy to use the 'Sale' tank as a nursery, after other tanks were full.
