He should be able do the fire dance. I also think he should be able to heal a child, but I'm not sure. He won't be able to teach the kids until he reaches 18.

He's 14 now, and still is not allowed to teach a child (I haven't had a sick child since he turned 14). He can now fire dance, but fortunately I didn't have to wait this long--a natural event finally occurred on its own!
