I recently purchased an activation code and it doesn't work. I have done everything to correct this issue, and still have not recieved any help. The money has been deducted from my credit account. I would appreciate any help.

I think LDW has the best support I have worked with in a long time.

I found when my activation code didnt work it was because I did not give the LDW the right Hot sync code for my palm. It turns out I have capital letters for my first and last name and I did not do that for them and it effected the activation code.

I am having a similiar problem as the last person posting. I received an authorization code, but it doesn't work. I have emailed LDW through the support part of the website, but did not receive a response yet.
I tried to send you a private message Carla, but the link didn't work. If you can reply via email, I would appreciate it. rceurvorst@msn.com
Thank you.

We'll make sure you get contacted and get a new reg code. Make sure your spam filter settings allow emails from the domain "ldw.com". This is becoming an increasingly common problem.

Hello,

You need to be registered to send private messages. In case you want to register, here is the link: Register to the Forums

In order to generate a new registration code for you, I need your purchase order number and I need the ID# (a five digit number) that shows up in the error page when you try to register Fish Tycoon.

Thanks!

You can get an activation code (registration code) for Fish Tycoon by purchasing the game. Here's a link to LDW's Fish Tycoon purchase page: http://www.ldw.com/ft/index.html

First off, sharing registration codes is taking money from Arthur and Carla and is no different from shoplifting a game from the local mall. Secondly, it's illegal and I wouldn't do it even if it was allowed on the forums. Finally, the registration codes are tied to a user name and won't work for any other user.

How dumb can someone be... it's one thing to ask someone for an unlock key that they paid money for... but it's even worse to ask someone on the official forumn for the game..... dumb!

Why the 20 questions?

I'm guess they've sold a couple mill of the game. And I'm sure it took about 6,000,000,000 man hours to develope. So why don't you help them out and buy some more games so they can break even?

Not to try’n to be a jerk or anything, but your response begs to ask another question or two. All in fun and war right? :c) But whom where you referring the question to? Clearly not Arthur and Carla or you would’ve stated “ho many man hours did it take you and Carla…..” So I figured since you were not addressing them, you must have been addressing the community, of which I’m a part. My Bad (this is called sarcasm :c) And yes you can ask any question and if Arthur, Carla, Brenda and a few others don’t like it, well they can just delete it. Don’t want to stray more off topic, but I was offended by the questions because it was like you were asking how much they made from all their hard work. That’s all, and I’m sorry if I jumped to the wrong conclusion. And please note, I did forget to put a smiley after my last statement. And please add what ever smiley’s you want to this response, too.

Thanks!

Love,
The Village Idiot.

Hey, you guys leave me out of this. lol! I've no _real_ clue as to what's appropriate or not appropriate on the forum. I try to follow Barbara's lead when it comes to forum decorum, but I'm not always successful.

And besides, I have no forum "power wand" here...I'm just a member, like you guys. Heck, I even had to look up "Consigliere" just to see if it meant I was somewhat helpful.

I'm not sure who lady sifi is, but I can tell you that most businesses carefully guard information like that. I certainly wouldn't indiscriminately divulge that kind of information about my business, and I sincerely doubt that Arthur and Carla will reveal those details about their business, either.
