Ummmmm..... no I dragged each of them to 3 different males all with good general skills!
I have no male master parents at all in VV3.

In VV1 and VV2 you could up a villagers parenting skills and get the annoying message and ding dong, about maximum population, but in VV3 it just says no housing.
And you do not seem get any extra points, I have tried -do correct me if I am wrong. I wanted to get one of my older elders to be a Jack of all Trades.
