1) What does a development in the parenting skill do for you?

I believe that it increases chances of successful conception, as well as chances of triplets and twins.

2) How do you know if/what a child will inherit? What can you do to increase the likelihood?
It's a roll of the dice, as far as I can tell - many times, you get nothing at all. Better not to rely on this, and when you get leadership 3, have children in batches, so you can teach every group at least once.

3) Any idea what the quantitative increases are in scientific research as far as % for each level?
No sure of the math, but it HAS been worked out before. If your goal is 50,000 tech points, it's been proven by math that it's more efficient to buy the first level of science, first. Any less than that and it'll probably be faster to get. Medicine is not particularly critical though - it helps fertility, healing, lifespan, but isn't as critical as, say, more food.

4) What's the best way to make someone have triplets? I've tried giving fertility potions to both with no luck, does parental skill or age play into this?
