I have three villagers working on the second hut...two adept builders and a trainee builder. The two adept builders are obsessed with doing laundry instead of building the hut. Why?

Villagers tend to do certain things when the Village is in shape, and the Puzzles are nearly complete.

Be sure they are checked as builders and look at their likes/dislikes. Maybe they likes laundry!!
And also, it's possible that there is no hurry, so if you make more babies, they'll build one hut more easily!

Of the two adept builders...both are checked as builders. One is 16 and he likes playing. The other is 15 and he has no likes or dislikes.

The trainee builder (also 16) I just handed over to my master farmer...MUAHAHAHAAA...

Puzzles...I need 6 and 9 thru 16.

Population...15 including 3 on the way...two age 3, one 14, one 15, and two 16.

Tech...level 2 on everything.



EDIT:
Decided to remove everyone from hut and farm duty and make them do some research...7 of the 15 are doing research...3 are taking care of babies...and the 2 three-year-olds are looking for mushrooms.

Elsewhere it's claimed that doing laundry adds tech points in VV1. But I don't know how you'd tell; if anybody's doing research, Tech keeps going up alla time, alla time!
