Is anyone else getting erratic stats? I am up to #11 in money earned, but every once in a while I will get readings, such as #4, #7, #7, #8, that I know are incorrect because then it bounces back to #11.

I was getting stats about 10 less than the real number quite often. I did most of this money I now have in the last few days, just 'cause it was easy. I could not bounce around that much within a reading 60 seconds from the last one.

I'm also sure Im low enough now to prove the other readings I get half the time are incorrect updatings. Very wierd.

You are updating your stats correctly. I find the Internet Statistics to be highly suspect, since many people are obviously not playing the game as intended. You can check out your "competition" by looking at the High Scores page, which is also accessible from the Fish Tycoon for Windows page on the main LDW site.

OK, the ID I show this game is under is Sea Salt, I have $619,114, and don't see my ID anywhere on that list? How often does that list update??

I mostly show that Im #11 when I click refresh.

It looks like I will never be in the top 100 on the stats for price of fish, Im way below $200 a fish, Im guessing $150? Lots of folks selling for in the $1,000s?

The High Scores page lists the top 50 money earners, which at the time of this post included only games that had well over $1 million. As I said, I don't consider the stats reliable, either. For example, there are way too many games on there where the average price for the fishies sold is completely unrealistic, and several people have amassed well over a million dollars in less than 5 hours.

duuh....OK I am reading the numbers wrong. I have clicked all over this site trying to see where you found the stats.

Tried FAQ, support, home, every place I could find to click.

Sorry, but I cannot find where you found that list. I wanted to look at all the top #'s.

I dont know why such a difference between what you show and the online stats.

I guess I will just have to make more $, the other stats I will never get on the top lists. The only other list the online stats show me high on is for the number of fish sold, so Iv been raising my prices as I went along.

That's what I see, too. Every person that you list has earned over $5 million dollars, and the number one person, Jim, has earned over $12 million dollars. The number 50 person on the High Scores list, 123, has earned $1,344,080. Maybe I'm not understanding what you're saying?

I missed a digit...those are in the millions...not hundreds of thousands...sorry, I read the numbers wrong. My fault.

So I need to make way over a million to get on the list...for money earned...thats doable. And # of fish sold I can do. The rest like how much the fish are selling for is impossible.

You're welcome! Don't worry about those 'bogus' average fish prices - all you need is to get your total money earned high enough and you'll be on the list!
