I recently started a new game. I now have a village of 90 (Nature) My builders have just finsihed the Sewing Hut, but none are Master Builders, therefore, I cannot begin work on restoring the stature.
Any suggestions?

Let them excercise
or
Work on the huts.
And for excercise, make them drink a potion. \:\)

If you didn't keep any builder's task (as the rubbles or another hut) you'll have to put them back on fixing hut every time because it doesn't work as in VV1 & 2, they don't keep the job themself! \:\(

Update: Thank you very much! I now have a Master Builder. She was able to draw the plans and the work on the stature has begun.
