OK..... And how do I "train" someone if no one is sick?

Exactly how I explained in the post above yours. Buy level 2 of Medicine tech and train villagers as doctors in the medical area (that's the place that villagers go to when they're sick). There's a study area for doctors there once you have the right medical tech level.

Or....you can make an alchemy potion to make your villagers sick (cruel I know muhahaha), then get someone to heal them all over and over - that really bumps up their skill level. I like to do this with the kids so they have some skill when they turn 14.

This isn't labelled a spoiler so I'm going to say that you can get the potion recipe in one of the other posts full of potion recipes

When you train doctors in the medical area, it is similar to training scientists at the research table...just put them to the table and they will gain skill in much the same way.
