Must each of the 50 potions be different or can I make duplicates. I thought I made them all and some duplicates but still haven't gotten the award. If I missed a certain one I don't want to have to go throught the list again but would like to complete this game so will if I must.

You make different kinds of potions. Not duplicates.

There are only 56 possible potions; so you only need to miss a few in order to fail the award. Try using this potion list, and match the effect of the potion on a villager to what you expect - if you get an unexpected effect, try mixing it again and double-checking your ingredients.

Knowing what the result is SUPPOSED to be can help to limit errors. Double-mixing every potion can also help you to make sure nothing is missed.
