Why is my Chief and 3 Adept farmers "dancing poorly" when I drop them on the fire?

I can't seem to solve the puzzle as they all dance poorly then sit down. It's quite frustrating.

Is your leadership level 2? It needs to be.

It also depends on who you drop on the fire first. You first need to have someone to "lead" the dance steps. Otherwise the tribe is likely to do some cowboy line dance instead.
