Without including too much spoiler info -- there is one building project that requires L3 Restoration as well as L3 in another tech... if you haven't finished that project yet, it would help train builders.

Thanks for the help. I went ahead and dropped them repeatedly on the hut and they became trained and went to the statue. I have now completed all but there puzzles. just need to find some extra pieces and shells and one coral. How about the chief? He has never pointed to any rare items for my villagers. What do I need to do? by the way this game was great!!! I have now played all three and can't wait to start the next new game.

By dropping him at the top of the cliff, in front of the green door, you'll order him to look for collectibles. He'll look around and point, but the point is kinda useless - the collectible can appear anywhere, regardless of where he points. In any case, a rare collectible will appear somewhere.

Here's a warning ahead of time - do NOT pause to look for this collectible. It can take a few moments, even a minute or so to appear. If you pause before it appears, you may lose it completely.
