Hi. I'm having a problem amongst my Nature Tribe, Lotus Li Moon. I have the maximum population that you can have with only one hut fixed (17 people), and I'm trying to fix up the other hut so I can have more people. My tribe is doing well all in all, but the builders are having a tough time actually staying focussed on the hut.

I have four people working on the hut: Three of them being Master Builders and one being a Master Scientist whom I'm training to be a Master builder as well, I also have my chief directing them. They work fine when I'm watching them, although I occasionally have to put them back to work when they try to clear the rubble, but as soon as I leave, they get maybe one to two percent done on the hut, then they all transfer to the rubble. By the time I get back, they have one percent more of the rubble cleared, but no one is at the hut. At this time, they all go running back to the hut where my chief is directing thin air to work.

I'm wondering if there's a way to stop them from shifting their attention to the rubble, because I don't think I can babysit them all day.
