JOAT TRAINING 101:

You should try to start young, as making a JOAT is not an easy task. I would try to start on building (because there are only so many building tasks), then farming or research, healing (the medical area makes this an easy task), and, finally, (I recommend having a female 50 years of age or older, unless you want a few more mouths to feed) parenting.

Remember that you must have Medicine 2 for doctors to train without having sick people around.
