I followed the bug catching guide to the T, it all was perfect... except for 1 bug "Rare Black Dragonfly" say's it comes out to any Venemous plant, Foliage, Flower,,, This is wrong... believe me, I tried every venemous there was, no this Dragonfly comes out to the "Fragrant Maple" EVERYTIME! I experimented a LOT! maybe someone else could try, and see... then change the guide accordingly... It's just I wasted a lot of seeds, money, and time... But the rest of the guide work's perfect! Whenever you find a problem with one of the guides, it's best to notify the person who wrote it to make sure that they are aware of the issue. For the bug-catching guide, that person would be Deathwing.

I noticed the same thing. I had 15 fragrant maples growing and nearly every single bug that came out while they were blooming was a black dragonfly. It seems it also comes out to other fragrant flowers, but apparently only after the flowers open.
