I've had villagers stuck in various places in all three VV games. Some dangling helplessly from top of a hut or stuck at the side of a hut. It's actually quite funny watching them turning back and fourth while their little feet are feverishly running nowhere. \:D

I had a very helpful glitch in VV3. I needed a break after completing some of the first puzzles. When I returned to the game, the puzzles, I had resolved, was in scrambles; lift, alchemy lab, beehive, etc. After fixing it all it was time to get back to harvesting honey. Suddenly I see my poor farmer run for her life, with the bees in full pursuit. After LAMO, I investigated and sure enough the beehive, which was nearly empty, was now loaded to its full capacity. \:\? \:D

It may be a boon to you, but some people hate that glitch immensely; they feel it wastes all the time they spent playing the game. I think this comes from the camp of thought that feels a game must be 'finished' in order to be over.

It's not the destination, It's the Journey. Life is a journey, the destination is purely the inspiration that fuels the trip! In this case, fuels the game.

Yeah, people who want glitches never get them. I'd really love that glitch to happen to me, so naturally it never has.

Oh, trust me, some people don't want that glitch. It happened to me and I was heartbroken. I worked SO hard keeping the fire alight and doing the statue puzzle, and I had to start EVERY puzzle again. A big problem was, my population was very high, like 94, and when the game restarted I had no huts. So, unless I built the houses quickly, my population could only go downwards. \:\( but don't worry, the villagers are fine now on a population of six.

But with a big population like that, you could re-build all the huts in an hour or so.

For me, having something like this happen to an already established tribe would be the best thing ever. They don't have much to do now. Suddenly having so much to do would just be awesome.

The bug doesn't affect tech advances, does it? Otherwise, as Tuna Puzzler says, you should be able to rebuild the huts fairly quickly if all bar a few farmers and doctors are set to building.

From what I understand, you keep all your villagers, food, tech points, and researched technology.

I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm just saying that some other people do.

Also, with 90 people, it can't have taken you so long to rebuild the huts that an entire generation died!?

I was quite aware of that, Lurkily. \:D

I think you have me confused with "Becca123"! I didn't mentioned the amount of villagers! I believe it was around 11 villagers. If I remember correctly, I had only just started on the second hut and none of the huts were affected.

Just curious, how come my post was moved? My original post, which this partly is, was in answer to: Villagers standing around the outside of the map??

Yeah, I managed to, but there weren't any builders so it made it a tad more difficult. Everything went well though, so I guess it was kind of fun. I had to battle the challenge of the glitch! One good thing DID come out of it though. I needed a master builder to pick up the pearl before the glitch happened, and I didn't have one. When the game re-started I managed to save one from building the statue. \:\)

Actually, I was trying to intimate that you were doing the hugging, and I was the one trying to drag myself away. \:\)
