I think there is a very weird glitch in this game because when I turned my VV3 game on this morning I had 2 villagers standing around the area outside of the map area

Has this ever happend to anyone else?

No, I turned the game off while they were like that, and when I turned it back on they back to normal, but If it ever happens again I'll take a screenshot for sure.

Always get screenshots if you want help or support with a glitch; without being able to see what's happening, it's very difficult for us to have an understanding of what may be going on, especially with uncommon bugs or problems that aren't reproduceable. As they used to say in the GPG forums when I was modding Supcom, "Screenshots, or it didn't happen."

I've seen this a couple of times. The villager has been right at the top of the screen, swimming in the ocean. The hand was unable to rescue him. Restarting the game solves the problem.
