The chief lecturing the children Does have a purpose though, when you have level two leadership.

Just put the chief onto a child once every 24 hours, and then all the children will run for a lecture. They will stand there for a while then a little sparkle will appear above their head and they gain one bar of skill.

This is Really useful, as it saves you training them when they get to 14, they can start straight away and know what to do
