It's been quite awhile since I created the lagoon and the villagers began watering the field. How long does it take for the field to ""bloom"?

It depends upon your game speed setting and how many villagers you have working on it. If you have only a few villagers carrying water, it will take many hours. I've finished it in less than an hour, but with many villagers and constant supervision to keep them at the task.

i have just got village sim and all food rese are running out is that how i get moor food?

There are 3 sources of food in Village Sim: the berry bush, which is always available (although the berries run out); the farm, which requires level 2 of Harvesting (teach some villagers to research at the research table to get enough points); and fishing, which requires level 3 of Harvesting. It's important to research Harvesting technology before the berry bush runs out of berries or your villagers will starve.
