can any one please tell me how i get a master doctor cause i aint got a clue on how to get them to gain enough experience.

Until you achieve a certain tech [spoiler](Medicine level 2)[/spoiler] you can only gain skill through hands-on healing. The only easy way to get Master Doctors this way, is lots of villagers, and only a few doctors. Leaving the fire out encourages sickness, giving them more to heal, too.
