So do events come when there's someone who is 14 or older or when there is someone 18 or older in the tribe?

No, I'm pretty sure that there has to be at least one adult in the village before events will come.

Yes, I agree SP! The event may concern everybody of every age but it happens only if there is an adult in the village, I don't know why! \:\/

If you think about it, any events that are directed toward children, have adults somehow linked to the story. (ie. apprentice, science fair)
