I have sent an email requesting assistance with a fatal error message and unfortunately I have not gotten a response with a solution. My fatal error message is:
lpp.c, line:1026, missing bitmap. Due to this error I can not play the game. Can anyone help me?

When did you submit the support request? You will receive a response to your request - LDW always responds to requests for support. You might want to double-check spam filters, since sometimes LDW's responses are blocked by them.

In the meantime, you might try completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. If you installed it to an expansion card, you might try main memory to see if that makes a difference.

They responded to my email by advising they would research the problem and get back to me with in 48 hours. It has been 5 days. They also included in the email the no refund policy since they offer a trial version. I feel if they can not identiy and fix the programming error, my money should be refunded. This is not my fault I can not play the game.

I know for a fact that Little Palm Pet works on a Tungsten E. Have you tried reinstalling the game? Something may have become corrupted during that initial crash, and deleting the game and reinstalling it would resolve the problem.

Hello Yolunda,

I don't think I received your email support. Did you email us or the online store where you purchased the game?

As Barbara suggested, just delete and reinstall the game. Generally this fixes the problem. If it doesn't fix it, send me a private message or email me (support AT ldw.com) and I will send you a special version.
If you still want a refund, we will make sure you get one.

We always want our customers to be happy and satisfied.

If a BMP resource is missing, it could be for one of three reasons:
1. As Barbara said, the BMP could be corrupted, and the file cannot be read.
2. The BMP can't be accesed. Move the main file to RAM.
3. The BMP id could be changed. The ID is a number that identifies the bitmap. The resets do unnimaginable things to stored data, and the open data is the first to be damaged. I'm not the expert, DON'T BELIEVE ME, but i think a reinstalation of the PRC file will not fix the problem. I'll repeat: DON'T BELIEVE ME, IT'S ONLY AN IDEA.

The most likely cause of this error is a corrupt savegame file. What happens is that when a savegame file gets corrupt, calculations that should tell the game which bitmap to draw become messed up and the game tries to draw bitmaps that do not exist. Generally removing the game (which will remove the savegame file) and reinstalling does fix this type of error.
