I have a question about population . I have a max population of 15 . I had 14 and I wanted to increase population to 15 , The woman had twins. Now I have the max population of 15 with 16 poeple . I am trying as fast as I can to get the second hut built . I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else ? Or is it a glitch in my game .

There is a difference between the "Maximum Population" on the Stats screen and the population limits associated with how many huts your villagers have completed. Your population is limited to 7 villagers until the first hut is finished. Once it’s finished, your tribe can grow to a population of 15. The second hut allows your population to expand to 30 villagers, and the final hut allows your population to grow to the population limit of approximately 90 villagers.

The Maximum Population on the stats screen shows the highest population that your tribe has achieved, regardless of the current population.

Also, twins and triplets can temporarily break through the hut-based population limits that CFII enumerated.
