I'm confused. How do you make a doctor? Is it the villager who does the alcamey? Please Help!

Level 2 in Medicine opens clinic. Put someone there.

Get L2 med and tick healer in profile of villager.

Either buy medicine two and put the desired villager onto the little desk at the clinic ( situated above the rubble) or take a villager and have him/her repeatedly put on sick people to heal them which will raise their skill. Remember to put their skill on healing though or else they might work on another skill if they are a Trainee in the other skill. Hope that helped.

If a child heals enough people, they will become a doctor.

Children can heal the sick, but they will not do it without being directly put on the task by the guiding hand.

As mentioned, Med level 2 will repair the clinic, where medicine can be studied. Other than that, the only way to gain skill in through healing.
