I dislike "dislikes work" more than "dislikes learning." Once you babysit a learning-hater into gaining some skill, they keep at it, and once they're past the bare minimum Trainee stage they seem to start learning as fast as anyone else, and they're pretty good at staying on task. But the work-haters have to be babysat for life, whether they're Trainees or Masters.
