I looked through the forum, but couldn't find an answer to this question: When you cut away the thorny briars and the vines, does that count as farming experience, or building experience? I keep trying to boost my people's building experience, but it seems to take forever, much longer than it does with farming or research.

Oh, another quick question...can a villager actually become a Master Healer just by studying the strange flowers over and over and over and over? I've had some of my villagers doing this for 3 days now, and they don't seem to progress past a certain point.

2)I believe so; the thing is, as you progress, you need more experience to move the bar the same distance, so as they gain skill, progress will slow.

Another point regarding the doctors: They will only study the plants on their own until they reach adept level. After that they will only gain skills by healing other villagers or if they are forced to study by dropping them on a plant.
