I have built all the buildings and cleared everything there is to clear. Now i have the statue up and the rough jew is exposed but i have no master builders to tend to it only adept builders. I have no way of gaining more building points. Anyone have any sugestions?

Drop the builders on a hut until the action says "fixing hut". Repeat this again until they are Trainees. Alternatively, you could make an Exercise potion (Black Orchid + Tiger Lily + Cactus) and feed it to them. Sometimes it will work in building skill, sometimes not.

Yes it's the VV3's big problem (that is not in VV1 and VV2!! )
You may try to train them in puting them at "Fixing hut" but you'll have to stay with them and re-put them at the task each time.
You may also give them a potion that makes them exercising. It will increase their building skills a little if they succeed! And you'll have to do it again and again!

The best advice here, in my opinion, is to put off all building tasks until later in the game, when you need master builders. And before you train master builders, get a few tots working heavily on their healing, to get them a head start on JoAT. Even if none of them make it, hopefully one will.

Waiting for a runner or two to start working on JoAT helps, too.
