in the images folder, there are images for magic fish, and what seems to be different herbs? has anyone encountered these in the game?

We see some of the magic fish from FT, and some of the magic plants from PT, at a point roughly halfway through the game, after a puzzle is solved. The chief also sometimes shows one of the magic fish during lectures.
