When I started playing I couldn't find a tribal chief, so I waited until mama had stopped nursing, and tried to get her to put on the robe. Nope didn't fit her either, so I decided I would try the children. It fit one of the 5 year old little girls. Has anyone had that happen?

Yep. The robe will only fit a particular person. So far, my chiefs have been 6, 39, and 4 when they donned the robe. \:\)
