As anyone managed to get their female tribe leader to have babies, i manged this a few days ago.Is this a bug in the game?

No that's not a bug. Female Chiefs can still have children.

My Chief Itchi had triplets. I posted a screenshot of her in Fan Art. Chiefs can also carry firewood.
