I have level 2 leadership and I put my chief(over 18) on a child and my chief's action line was lecturing. But I clicked on the child's details and it didn't gain any skill in anything. Is that what's supposed to happen? Cuz I don't really know what's supposed to happen if you have level 2 leadership.

You just have to wait for it to happen. The children will all learn at different times, and when you notice a sparkle above their head, it means they have learned their lesson. Just remember that the chief can only do this once every 24 hours, so don't drag him away too early.

Sometimes the child will learn a skill and sometimes not. What happens is you drop the Chief (over 18) onto a child and s/he will lecture. The other children will come running as well and sometimes they learn and sometimes not. Look for sparkles over the children's heads. I think it signals success.

I think they all learn something each time because I never had a kids who didn't learn!
Except if you disturb the kid before he got the sparkle.
