The only time you can get someone underage pregnant is with an event. They usually are read a story

thats hasn't happened to me (yet!)

and the time for nursing is weird, doesn't it usually start at 240 mins (around there)

Annthewhofan's game must have been on slow to have 410 mins. Nursing time for normal is 246 mins. For fast speed, it's 123 mins.

The event that asks what gift one villager can give another can happen to underage villagers, and can, and has resulted in pregnancies.

I had a 14 year old girl pregnant by a 17-year old villager, once. Sheesh.
