Hi there, I've just got a quick question. I see many people talking of esteemed elders, and I have tried to find out how villagers become these, but I cannot find anything. Could someone please clear this up for me? Thanks in advance, and sorry for the silly question!!

All you need is for a villager to attain a mastery of three skills, and they are an Esteemed Elder. Hope that helps!

The reason you don't see a how-to is that the game should tell you about this when your first villager gains his/her first mastery -- so you should see it soon.
