No. Pitcher plant can only be used for pitcher plant potions, and berries for berry potions.

Certain potions have recipes that are identical for both factions, but they are not straightforward substitutions. The guide has many good, complete lists; try this list, it's one of my favorites. Very complete, faction-potions kept separate, and easy to navigate.
