I have a mother that cared for her baby for the 2 game years. Instead of putting the baby down (like she and all the mothers do), she is still carrying it around and working! She was planing crops and now is researching with it. I scroll thru the details and I see she is "healthy" and not "nursing" anymore, there is no new villager name and while she's working the baby is still cooing.

Any ideas?

I have a Tre 650 and have had no other problems.

There's no problem with your game. What's happening is that there is sometimes a delay between when the mom returns to work and the removal of the baby graphic from her arms. Meanwhile, there's a new 2-year-old running around the village. This is totally harmless, and the phantom baby will "disappear" when the mom decides to do something that requires the use of her hands (such as farming, fishing, laundry, etc.) or if you grab her and she "drops" the baby graphic.
