The bath is a good idea but not to put them at the research. It is the hardest task for the villager's health. As I could see in the log files of VV1 & 2, they are very often hurt in researching, a little more than in building and much more than in farming. I always put my elder villager in Farming or Healing, I think it's the best for them!!
