Hi everybody! I'm a 28-year-old married Virgo living in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada but originally hailing from the Maritimes. My husband and I have a grey cat named Ash, and have been "going indoors" for a couple of months to make out own little village grow! ;\) I speak English and French, and less Spanish than I used to know. I love my garden, adore astrology, and read voraciously.

VV1 is the first LDW game I've ever played, and I love it! Once I've solved all the mysteries of Isola (which will take a while, since I pause my game when I'm not playing - I micromanage), I'll probably move on to VV2.

Merci to everyone for your kind words!

Laurence, j'aime bien ta Cité - j'ai eu la chance d'y visiter après mes noces. Très impressionant. J'y retournerai demain si cela était possible!

HF17, el español se escriba como se dices - no such thing as a silent letter in Spanish! \:\)

Lurkily, I like using big words, so I'm sure my posts will be interesting if nothing else. ;\)

Big words are great - if used properly. Almost any basic concept, and some complex ones, can be said in a single sentence, if you know the words to use; however, long sentences AND long words are an eyesore to me. I'd rather use a two cent word that fits the need, then a fifty cent word, and have to say more to use it properly.

In short? "A concise command of a broad vocabulary is sublime."

My Spanish is bad,
and my French is much worse!
I'll stick to the English,
for typing my verse!

Welcome Leafdancer!
We're glad you are here!
I hope that the stork,
will soon bring you cheer!
