xiaolis- Newbie Registered: 06/03/08 Posts: 15 Loc: Singapore	They say we need to have accumulated 1 million tech points to get the award. Do they mean the total you have, or is it even if the points are being spent, they are being counted? >< - [Sorry for asking n thanks alottttttttttt! $;\)$ ]
