can someone plz tell me what i'm doing wrong?

I have lvl 3 tech farming, engineering, and exploration. All others at level 2 tech. According to all of the cheats and tips I've read I should be able to start clearing the ancient ruins but when i drop a villager there I still get "additional research may be required"

do I still need additional tech research? Sadly all of my Master Builders have died and I'm wondering if that could be the problem also.

I'm pretty sure you need level 3 culture to clear off the mosaic. I may be mistaken here, though. I don't believe you need master builders. Someone else weigh in? I'm not 100% sure of my facts.

EDIT: Nevermind. I'm just slow.
