when i look at my map, on the top in the water in an area which is too far for my reach, i see a dancing man but i cannot get to him IM REALLY CONFUSED
HELP Can someone please tell me what this is????

Sometimes villagers do crazy things. I think there was a small glitch that they already know about that allowed villagers to go into the far ocean out of reach. But when the villager is done doing his action, he'll come back to where he's supposed to be. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll find him at his assigned skilltask if you look around.

no he was dancing with his fet to one side, then foward, then the other side and so forth
and he looked taller than any other villager
