I am new to the forum, and I have a very confusing problem. My first chief died and the new chief is only 4 years old. He is creating magic food and supervising workers, but he will not educate the children. Will this change when he turns 14?

It will change when he is 18. If you have the right tech, the child chief WILL point out the rare collectible.
