I have made some of my underage children apprentices in both healing and building, either by having them heal other sick villagers, or by feeding them the "must exercise" potion.

Does anyone know if there are ways to make them apprentices in the other areas (besides just attending lectures - this won't get them enough experience to become apprentices)?

Making the villager(s) ill with a potion and healing them again helps advance the doctors to be.

I think that Healing and Building are the only skills we may "give" to the kids!!
The chief, once each 24 hours, is the only one who is able to give others skills (but I'm not sure that he knows which skill goes to which child!! )
