Hi guys. Used the search button but couldn't find anyone else having the same problem I am.

I started a game with the 1 hour demo, played it, used it up, bought the full version and started a new game but on this new one, there's no tree seed laying on the ground for me to plant as a tree.

Since then, I've started 4 more games just to see what happens and they all have either a banana or a coconut for me to plant for my first tree but on this second game, it just isn't there anywhere.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a bug? Should I just delete this game and start another new one or what can you suggest?

I've honestly never seen that before . . . it would be mighty hard to get the necessary research to survive without the tree, but I think that if you use your chief every 24 hours on the DOT, and research hard with a very limited population, and mushroom/collectible hunt like mad, you should pull through.

Are you sure it isn't just a different fruit that's hard to see? There's bananna, papaya, and mango, and I haven't seen all three, myself. (Through three games!) And yes, one looks like a coconut.

Maybe you dropped it? I dropped a seed once and had to start over because it never came back, even after restating the game several times.
