i opened the vv3 gudie once before but now when i try again and it won't open. what is wrong is the gudie or my computer.

Which guide are you referring to? There are several in the VV3 Guides section. If the one you're trying to view is a PDF file, you need to have either Adobe Reader (and the Adobe Reader plugin for your browser, if you are trying to view the PDF file in your browser), or another PDF-compatible viewer, for example, Preview on a Mac.

i'm tryng to open it from the site that clara set up. i have adobe and acrobt so what is wrong on a PC

tkdgrl223, you said you did open the file before. There may be a problem with your acrobat reader; (I had such an experience once) did you try to open any other pdf file? Try right clicking the link and 'save target as..' option there. Then look if you can open the downloaded file. If that is the case, uninstalling and reinstalling the adobe reader may solve the problem.
