You need level 2 leadership for teaching, though; that isn't a consideration for a brand-new tribe. Once you do have that level, though, it's definitely very helpful to get those chitlins slaving away soon as possible. Got to get those sweatshop goods out to where they can sell for good American dollars. \:\)
