Can Anyone give me some ideas?
Which way is better.. to lose a worker and get the cheif right away.. or to wait?

well it depends.

if you are ok on food you can wait but if you have little food I would make someone a cheif.

The chief can grant 100 food per day even in the very beginning, and though it's not as helpful from the start, can help speed other workers along. He can also act as parent, healer, and can keep the fire going. He's not a terrible detriment, in my opinion, especially if your first chief turns out to be the child, as happened to one of my tribes, where the chief was a 6-year old girl.

I should point out that the chief will undertake none of these tasks himself; you have to put him on the job every time. So if your chief is your sole healer, for instance, you will need to keep a close eye on your tribe.

I tried the kids first but it did not fit them but at least , he/she can speed up my scientists.

I think, at least in my 2 tribes, that the chief is very useful. I have notice a marked improvement in the work of my villagers when the chief is directing! the magic food is helpful and when he teaches the kids, they get some skills that will be helpful to start a task if they are 14 as you're not here!

You need level 2 leadership for teaching, though; that isn't a consideration for a brand-new tribe. Once you do have that level, though, it's definitely very helpful to get those chitlins slaving away soon as possible. Got to get those sweatshop goods out to where they can sell for good American dollars.
