What are some things you gained from being on the forums?
No offense to anyone, but I've gained a lot of tact. I've learned how to touch-type, and I've learned UBB code.

I learned about smileys, making bubbles in paint, how to post a pic, how to do the code thingys, and much more

I've improved typing times 10; I learned BBCode which inspired me to learn HTML which inspired me to code websites; I made a lot of great friends.

Oh, and I made world peace.








OK, that last one was exaggerated

I learned about Fantage, learned out to make avvies, learned a bit of Japanese, how to solve vv puzzles, found some Sailor Moon fans, and learned out how to post pics on forums.

I have learned how to type really fast, I understand abreviations such as "rofl" "brb" and "wb" , I have also learned how to take screenshots.

As it's the first time that I went and participate on a forum, I learnt a lot of stuffs about it!
But, mainly, I learnt (and still learn) a lot of English language and forum's English language!!
Oh! and:
Me too!

Even a little drop is better than nothing!! and a little drop + a little drop + a little drop + ....

Oh, and I learned how to mod.

I gained actual friends!:D

lol, I kid. But I did meet friends, have fun,and discovered the wonders of the VV triology.

Many friends I have met,
from far and from wide.
Like me, they all have,
some Villager pride!

I've learned to write poems,
though that may surprise some,
but until here I first tried it,
I'd not really wrote one.

Oh don't get me wrong,
for o'er a lifetime I've read,
Frost, Scott and others,
who's prose filled my head.

But reading, and writing,
are two different things!
Whils't reading is fun,
it doesn't skill bring.

I've learned how to play,
my Villager games,
for that is the reason,
why most of us came.
