My villagers used to build fires on their own, now they let them burn out and I have to tell them to build. How do I change that?

That's weird, mine in VV2 never did, I had to make them make the fire all the time.

Mine never did either. I always had to do it too.

Well, when I turn off my computer and leave them "on their own", they always kept the firing going until recently. Strange...

In VV2, I believe it was about 8 or 9 hrs on fast speed. In VV3, it's 10 hrs on fast speed.

isn that on slow speed?

In VV2 on Slow it goes for 39 hrs & fast 9hrs. I really never play normal.

If the fire goes out in vv3, does the villagers die? (I usually put it on normal or slow to make sure it lasts til i get back on). When i put vv3 on today my fire was out, but i relit i dont know how long it was out for. Is there a time limit you get to relight it? In vv2 a few of mine died when i forgot to restock my fire with wood & forgot to put it on slow when i went to work i left it running on fast. When i got home i had bones left of good few villagers.
