when i move the statue near Tiger Lily than suddenly my chief walk away and when i put the chief to direct working again for statue but than it keep gather herb and doesnt direct working.

What can i do to solve this problem without the chief direct working the builder wont push??

Do i need to start over again? i really dont want to start again!
